Policies

Check in Time:
2:00 pm onwards (if arriving late, let us know so we save your bed!)
Arriving early? you are welcome to drop off your bag go explore the city or chill in our common room.

Check out Time: 
11:00 am
We have a luggage storage area if you want to keep your bag till you are ready to leave.

Payment: 
Payment is on arrival, for the night ahead or for total stay. Reception can provide directions to nearest exchange bureau as cash is only accepted in local currency by law. Envoy also accepts Visa/ Mastercard/ Maestro (2.0% surcharge).

Cancellations: 
Free cancellation with at least 1 day advance notice of booking date (otherwise charged for 1st night).

No Show:  
We recommend you communicate your change of plans with us as in case of No-show a fee equal to the price of the first night booking will apply.
