Due to a restructure of the tax system in Armenia, we are unfortunately placed in a position to increase our rates for the first time. We are committed to continue delivering our high standard of service our guests have been enjoying which you will find testimonies of on our website. The new pricing will take affect from May 2008. As a further service offering from May 2008 we will also provide our guests with free internet.

Also a 10% discount applies for group bookings and for stays over 7 consecutive days paid in advance.
